Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Kai Career Elevate. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

1. Your account

To use the Platform, you must register with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age or have authorization to enter into agreements for digital services.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to compromise its security, automate its use in an abusive manner, resell access, or upload illegal or offensive content, or third-party content without authorization.

3. Artificial intelligence and KaiCoins

Several features use artificial intelligence models to generate suggestions, text, and analysis. These results are for guidance only and may contain inaccuracies; how you use them is up to you.

AI feature usage is measured in KaiCoins. Each plan grants a certain number of KaiCoins; some actions deduct KaiCoins according to a schedule that may be updated. KaiCoins are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Plans and payments

We offer a free plan that lets you get to know the Platform at no cost and with no card, plus paid plans that expand the features and the amount of KaiCoins. Each plan's prices and terms are shown on the Platform before any charge is made.

Paid plans are contracted in subscription periods and renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your profile: you keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and you are not charged again. There is no minimum commitment and no penalty for cancelling. The period can be monthly or yearly, whichever you pick when you sign up, and both renew the same way. If you apply a discount code when signing up, that discount covers the first period only: later renewals are charged at the price in force at that time.

Payments are processed through an external gateway; we do not store your payment method details. We may update prices with reasonable prior notice, without affecting a period already paid for. Refund terms are set out in the Refund policy.

5. Ownership of content

The content you generate belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it and display it to you within the Platform. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After account closure, your data is handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes. For questions: careerelevate@kaistrategylab.com.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, where the Platform's owner resides, and any dispute will be submitted to the Colombian courts.

If you are contracting as a consumer from another country, the above does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence: you keep the rights those rules grant you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
