Service delivery policy

Kai Career Elevate is a digital service: delivery is immediate and takes place entirely online.

Access to the service

As soon as you create your account, you get immediate access to the free plan from any web browser. We do not ship any physical products.

Paid plans activate automatically once the gateway confirms the payment: usually within seconds, and at most a few minutes if the gateway is slow to confirm. The plan's KaiCoins become available in your account at that same moment.

Availability

The service is available 24/7, except during maintenance or incidents. We aim to notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance and to resolve any incidents as quickly as possible.

Requirements

All you need is a device with a modern browser and an internet connection. Some features (audio notes, photos) require device permissions that you control.
